Peanut Butter Balls
Peanut Butter Balls is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with margarine, c. graham cracker crumbs, c. finely chopped pecans, box powdered sugar and c. smooth peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together the margarine (melted), graham cracker crumbs, pecans and sugar in a large heavy saucepan.
Add peanut butter, coconut and vanilla.
Form into balls about the size of a walnut. To make the glaze for the balls, melt chocolate and paraffin wax in top of a double boiler with boiling water in the bottom.
Using a fork, carefully dip each ball into the glaze and place on wax paper to harden.
