Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white syrup, 1 tsp. soda, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring sugar, syrup and water to boil.
Stir in peanuts slowly, so as not to boil.
Then keep at rolling boil until nuts begin to pop and brown.
Remove from heat; add soda.
Stir well.
Add salt. Pour onto large well greased platter or sheet, allowing room for candy to spread.
When cooled, break in pieces.
