Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. white karo, pinch of salt and 2 c. raw peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook sugar, water, Karo and salt until it boils.
Add raw peanuts.
Cook until honey colored.
Peanuts may begin to pop and turn slightly brown.
Remove from heat.
Add soda.
Stir very quickly, and pour onto well-greased cookie sheet.
Do not try to flatten after pouring.
Let cool and break into pieces.
