Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. soda, 1/2 c. white karo and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine sugar, water and Karo.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Stir in peanuts gradually so you don't lose the boil.
Stirring constantly, keep at a rolling boil until peanuts pop and turn brown.
Remove from heat.
Add salt and soda, stirring well. Place on well-greased cookie sheet, allowing room for brittle to spread.
When completely cool, break into pieces.
