Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. karo syrup, 1/2 c. hot water, 2 c. raw peanuts and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook sugar, Karo and water in heavy pan until it will spin a thread.
Add peanuts.
Cook from 5 to 10 minutes.
When it begins to change color, add butter, then soda.
Stir well.
Pour out on a flexible buttered pan and spread as thin as possible.
Let cool. Will break into small chips.
