Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 1/3 c. white corn syrup, 1/2 c. water, 4 c. raw peanuts and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease two nonstick pans (10 1/2 x 15 3/4 x 3/4-inch).
Mix sugar, syrup and water and cook until 275° (use a candy thermometer), stirring constantly.
Add peanuts and cook until 290°.
Add butter and vanilla.
Cook until 300°.
Mix thoroughly and pour into the two buttered pans.
When cool, break into pieces.
Yields 3 1/2 pounds.
