Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. white karo, 1/2 c. water, 2 c. raw peanuts and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil sugar, Karo and water to thread stage; when you raise your stirring spoon, it strings down.
Pour in peanuts and stir and cook until peanuts are lightly brown; add butter.
Stir until melted and add soda.
Pour while foaming into greased cookie sheet pan.
The sooner you pour after adding the soda, the more it foams.
Don't spread with spoon.
