Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. white karo syrup, 1/4 c. water, 1 3/4 c. raw peanuts and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring syrup, sugar and water to a boil.
Add peanuts. Cook until light amber
(300Β°).
Remove from heat.
Add salt, butter and soda.
Stir fast.
Pour out onto well-greased cookie sheet while mixture still foamy.
When cool, break into pieces.
