Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. raw spanish peanuts, 1/4 c. water and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together sugar, water, and syrup in a large pan until mixed well.
Add peanuts and continue cooking until it is a pale caramel color.
Add baking soda and stir until well blended. Spread on a hot buttered cookie sheet (not too thin).
After candy cools, break it into pieces.
