Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. dark karo syrup, 1/2 c. maple syrup and approximately 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix sugar, water, corn syrup, maple syrup and salt and boil mixture to 238° (thread).
Add peanuts and boil to about 295°. Stir frequently, as this will burn easily.
Then add butter and soda, mixing well. Pour in 2 buttered sheet pans, shaking it thin. When cool enough, break into pieces.
