Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 1/2 c. water, 3 c. raw peanuts and 3 t. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil sugar, syrup and water until thread spins or 250 degrees on candy thermometer.
Then add peanuts and stir continuously after peanuts are added.
Cook until temperature reaches 300. Take from heat, add butter, and soda.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet to cool.
