Peanut Blossoms Cookies
Peanut Blossoms Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat shortening and peanut butter until well blended.
Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to peanut mixture, beating until well blended.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Place 3 mini kisses on each cookie, pressing down lightly.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
