Peaches 'n Cream Cobbler
Peaches 'N Cream Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding, 3/4 c. bisquick, 1/2 c. milk, 1 egg and 3 tbsp. margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all ingredients, except peaches and cinnamon.
Beat for 3 minutes.
Take half of mixture and put in 8-inch baking dish coated with Pam spray.
Drain and chop peaches. Place in dish on top of mixture.
Top with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, if desired.
Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
