In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 2 eggs, melted margarine and frosting mix.
Stir by hand until cake mix is moistened, press into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes, remove from oven and top with drained peaches. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream with one egg, pour evenly over peaches and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
