Peaches and Cream
Peaches And Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. self-rising flour, 1 pkg. regular size instant vanilla pudding, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. margarine, softened and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, instant pudding, egg, margarine and milk.
Mix well and pour into pan.
Place drained peaches over batter.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice together and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour over top of peaches. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
