Peaches and Cream
Peaches And Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, 3/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. flour, 1 large instant pudding mix and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix margarine, milk, flour, pudding mix, egg and peach juice.
Pour into casserole dish.
Place peaches on top of batter.
Mix sugar and cream cheese.
Spoon on top of peaches.
Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
Put in 350Β° oven until done.
This is done when brown around edges and edge is firm.
The middle will be runny, but will set as it cools.
