Peach Waffle Cake

Made with 2 small, frozen waffles, 2 tsp. butter, 1 large, fresh, ripe peach, peeled and thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. peach preserves (at room temperature) and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Toast waffles and spread 1 teaspoon of butter over each.
In small bowl, combine peach slices with preserves and cinnamon. Spoon peach mixture over 1 waffle.
Place other waffle on top of peaches and top with whipped cream.
