Peach Salad Mold
Peach Salad Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can sliced peaches, 2/3 c. juice, 1 tbsp. plain gelatin, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 6 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain peaches.
Heat juice to boiling.
Soften gelatin in lemon juice.
Dissolve in hot juice and cool.
Mash cream cheese and blend in mayonnaise and salt.
Stir in gelatin and whipped cream.
Fold in celery and sliced peaches.
Turn into ring mold. Chill until firm.
May be garnished with sliced peaches and maraschino cherries, if desired.
