Peach Pudding
Peach Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 stick butter, softened, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. flour and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Spray a 4-quart pan.
Cream 1 cup sugar and butter.
Add milk, flour and baking powder.
Stir together and pour in pan.
Add peeled, sliced peaches on top.
Dot with additional butter. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over.
Pour boiling water over mixture.
Do not stir!
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 45 minutes.
Set pan on cookie sheet or foil in oven.
