Peach Pie Alaska
Peach Pie Alaska is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o gelatin, any flavor or sugar free, 1 baked 9-inch pie crust shell, cooled, 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 c. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. diced fresh peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth.
Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound.
Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm.
Makes 8 servings. Garnish.
