Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o brand gelatin (any flavor), 1 baked 9-inch pet-ritz pie shell (deep dish), 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 c. vanilla ice cream and 1 c. diced fresh peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cream by spoonfuls.
Stir until melted and smooth.
