Peach Pie
Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sliced peaches, 1 c. sugar, sprinkled over peaches, 1 baked pie shell, 1 box peach jell-o and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Let peaches and sugar set until sugar melts.
Bake pie shell. Pour peaches in shell.
Mix Jell-O, sugar and flour.
Add water; mix well.
Cook over low heat, stirring until it comes to a boil. Boil about 5 minutes.
This will be thick.
Pour over peaches, spreading evenly.
Keep in refrigerator until pie is cold.
Serve with whipped cream.
