Peach Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jell-o and 4 c. fresh peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix water and sugar; bring to a boil.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to sugar water; cook until thickened.
Dissolve Jell-O in the mixture and cool.

Chill. Add Cool Whip and serve.
