Peach-Pear Jam
Peach-Pear Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pears, 1 lb. peaches, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin and 5 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Peel, core and grind or chop fruit.
Measure 2 cups of each. Combine all ingredients in a large kettle.
Bring to a full, rolling boil.
Boil hard, uncovered, for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Quickly skim off foam with a metal spoon.
Pour at once into hot, sterilized jars; seal.
Makes 7 half pints.
