Peach Parfait Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. sliced peaches, sweetened or 1 (no. 2 1/2 ) can, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream and 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. If using fresh peaches, let stand about 15 minutes after mixing with sugar.
Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1 cup and heat to boiling.
Add gelatin and stir to dissolve.
Add cold water.
