Peach Nectar Cake(Our Mama'S Favorite Recipe) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines lemon cake deluxe mix without pudding, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. peach nectar juice, 2/3 c. cooking oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine cake mix and sugar.
Add nectar and oil.
Beat for 2 or 3 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour or until done.
Cool right side up for 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
May be sprinkled with powdered sugar or pour over warm cake 1 cup powdered sugar and lemon juice.
