Peach Muffins
Peach Muffins is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Made with (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained or 1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh peaches, sweetened, . salt, c. sugar, . vanilla and . almond extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Chop peaches; drain and set aside.
Combine flour, salt, soda and sugar in mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil; stir until dry ingredients are well moistened.
Add peaches and remaining ingredients.
Stir until blended.
Spoon batter evenly into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes one dozen.
