Peach Kuchen
Peach Kuchen is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. sugar (take out 2 tbsp. for crust) and 1/2 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix dry ingredients (only 2 tablespoons sugar) and add oleo and cut in.
Press in bottom and part way up sides of 8 x 12-inch pan.
Cut 6 peaches in slices and arrange on top.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon to balance of sugar and sprinkle over top.
Bake 15 minutes at 400Β°.
Beat 2 egg yolks and add 1 cup half and half and pour over and bake 20 minutes more.
