Peach Honey
Peach Honey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium peaches, peeled and sliced, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Process peaches in food processor or blender until smooth. Combine peaches and honey in saucepan.
Mix cornstarch, lemon juice and water.
Add to peaches; heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in extract.
Use over ice cream, pancakes or waffles.
Makes 2 cups.
