Peach Glow Salad
Peach Glow Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. ginger ale and 1 (no. 2) can sliced peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Open ginger ale and allow to stand a few minutes until fizzing stops.
Add ginger ale to gelatin mixture.
Drain sliced peaches and arrange in bottom of 9 x 5-inch bread pan or individual molds.
Pour gelatin mixture over peaches and chill until set.
Unmold and serve on lettuce garnished with cream dressing.
Yields 6 servings.
