Peach Delight Salad
Peach Delight Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. peach gelatin, 1 c. hot water, 3 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. whipped topping and 2 c. chopped ripe peaches, sweetened to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
White consistency.
Beat with electric beater high speed until double in quantity.
Add softened cream cheese which has been previously mixed with whipped topping.
Smooth. Add peaches and beat at low speed for 1 minute.
Pour in mold and chill thoroughly.
When congealed, unmold and garnish with lettuce and peach slices.
Serves 6 to 8.
