Peach Cream Pie
Peach Cream Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with pie shell (unbaked), large can peach halves, c. sugar, heaping tbsp. flour (can use tapioca) and of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Spread 3/4 of this mixture in the bottom and around edges of unbaked crust.
Place drained peach halves (hollow up) in crust.
Pour whipping cream over this, being sure each hollow is full of cream.
Sprinkle remainder of flour and sugar mixture over this.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 1 hour.
