Peach Cream
Peach Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin, 1 1/2 c. ripe peaches, peeled, cubed and sweetened or 16 oz. pkg. frozen peaches, 3/4 c. liquid (add water to peach juice as needed), 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soften gelatin in liquid until dissolved.
Mix in lemon juice, peaches, sugar, extract and herbs.
Chill until thick but not set. Fold in whipped topping and pour into a one quart mold or six individual molds.
Chill until set.
