Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sliced fresh or canned peaches, drained, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Arrange peaches in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar.
Stir egg in with a fork until mixture is the consistency of coarse meal. Spread over peaches.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve warm with cream, milk or vanilla ice cream.
