Peach Cake
Peach Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, divided, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix 1 tablespoon sugar with cinnamon; set aside.
In small bowl, beat remaining sugar with egg, vanilla and salt until very thick and fluffy.
Stir together flour and baking powder.
Stir into egg mixture until well blended, then stir in reserved juice. Pour into well-greased 8-inch layer cake pan.
Arrange peach slices on top.
Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on rack 5 minutes.
Unmold and invert.
