Peach Buffet Salad
Peach Buffet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, soften, 1 carton whipping cream, 1 large can peaches, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 large box lemon jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Reserve 1 cup peach juice.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water. Add peach juice.
Cool until slightly thickened.
Beat cream cheese and whipping cream slowly.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Add jello mixture slowly.
Then add peaches and pecans and mold.
