Peach Bread
Peach Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg, beating lightly.
Add milk alternately with the flour, baking powder, salt and spices that have been mixed together.
Beat well after each addition.
Stir in pecans.
Flour peaches with 1/4 cup flour, tossing to coat.
Carefully stir into the dough.
Pour batter into 2 loaf pans that have been buttered and floured.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until they test done.
