Peach Bavarian
Peach Bavarian is a chilled peach gelatin dessert folded with whipped topping, almond extract, and chopped sliced peaches. It sets into a light mousse-like dessert with a glossy peach flavor and creamy texture.

Drain the peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice, then chop the peaches and set them aside.
Dissolve the gelatin and sugar in the boiling water.
Stir in the reserved peach syrup and chill until slightly thickened.
Stir almond extract into the whipped topping, then gently fold it into the gelatin mixture.
Fold in the chopped peaches and chill until set.
