Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head lettuce, 1 can peas, drained or 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen peas, 3 or 4 boiled eggs, chopped, 1 c. diced cheese and 2 or 3 dill pickles, diced or sliced green olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Chop lettuce and add peas, eggs, cheese and pickles or stuffed green olives.
Add enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Mix and serve at once.
