Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans early june peas, 1 onion, chopped fine, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, 2 eggs, boiled and chopped up and 1/2 c. miracle whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
