Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head lettuce, chopped, 3 stalks celery, chopped, 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped, 1 sweet onion, chopped and 1/3 c. mayonnaise (can use more or less), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large bowl, layer all ingredients in order through onions.
Spread mayonnaise completely over top of onions. Sprinkle sugar then Parmesan cheese. Just a little. Add drained peas, then cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with bacon, then eat and enjoy!
