Made with 2 (15 to 16 oz.) cans sweet peas, well drained, 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise (may add more if desired), 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped and 1 1/2 c. colby cheese, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
