Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. (32 oz.) frozen peas, 1 small onion, diced, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 stalks celery, diced and 2 carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Rinse and thaw peas.
Make sure well drained.
In a large bowl mix all other ingredients together, saving the Miracle Whip for last.
Stir well.
Add dressing until well coated but not runny. Salt and pepper to taste.
