Pea Picking Cake
Pea Picking Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines cake mix, 4 eggs, 1 c. mandarin oranges, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cake mix, eggs, Mandarin oranges and Crisco oil together; mix well.
Cook in layer pans.
Let the layers cool thoroughly. Stir Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple; spread on cake.
Put in refrigerator awhile before serving it.
