Pea-Goulash
Pea-Goulash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger (best to use ground chuck), 1 can baby peas, 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced, 1 onion, sliced and 4 to 5 american cheese slices (may substitute other cheese), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown hamburger.
Remove from pan; set aside.
Add oil to hamburger grease.
Fry potatoes and onion in grease.
Add hamburger when potatoes are tender.
Pour 1 can peas with juice over hamburger mixture.
Top with cheese.
Cook on low until cheese is melted.
Kids love this when cold outside.
