Pea Casserole
Pea Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 oz.) can english peas, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can slivered almonds, toasted, 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown mushrooms and pimentos in butter.
Toast almonds at 350° for about 10 minutes.
Layer peas, soup, almonds, pimentos and mushrooms.
Repeat.
Top with dots of butter or may use cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350° until bubbly.
