Payday Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1 egg, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips and 3/4 c. white syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Mix together and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan the cake mix, 1 stick margarine and egg.
Press in pan.
Bake for only 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and sprinkle with marshmallows.
Return to oven and melt (not brown).
Take out.
