Payday Cake
Payday Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 egg, 1/3 c. margarine, 3 c. mini marshmallows and 2/3 c. karo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together cake mix, egg and 1/3 cup margarine.
Bake in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350Β° for 12 to 18 minutes. While still hot, put marshmallows on top.
Stir together Karo, 1/4 cup margarine, peanut butter chips and vanilla.
Heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Stir in peanuts and cereal.
Pour over marshmallow covered cake.
