Mix 1/3 cup margarine, cake mix and egg.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350Β° for 12 to 18 minutes.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine, corn syrup marshmallows, peanut butter chips and vanilla.
Pour melted mixture over cake.
Sprinkle peanuts and Rice Krispies over melted mixture.
