Payday Bars
Payday Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix (dry), 2/3 c. margarine, 1 egg, 10 1/2 oz. mini marshmallows and 12 pkg. peanut butter chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cake mix with 2/3 cup margarine and 1 egg.
Press into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Add mini marshmallows on top and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Let cool completely.
In medium saucepan, melt together peanut butter chips, 2/3 cup Karo syrup and 1/4 cup butter.
Pour over marshmallows.
Top with 1 cup chopped peanuts.
